At Charlford House, we believe that people are our best natural resource. We rely on volunteers for peer support of the women in the house, staff support, administration, event planning and delivery, and ambassadorship and governance of the organization. The needs are as diverse as the people we seek.
Every new volunteer is required to attend orientation and training, unique to the position applied for.
