After the women graduate from the Main Program, many of them move into our Second Stage facility. Having access to internet allows them to explore available resources, attend Zoom 12-step meetings, and stay connected with others in recovery.

The women of Charlford House participate in yoga classes twice a week to build strength, relieve stress, and connect with spirituality. This contribution provides one month of yoga to the women.
Provide the women of Charlford House with canning supplies and a dehydrator, allowing them to learn valuable skills and use the fruits and vegetables they grow in their garden this summer all year long.
An Arts & Crafts program provides the women with a form of self expression through a less specialized means than Art Therapy. This allows them an outlet to explore creativity and express their emotions.
Gardening supplies such as soil, seeds, and fertilizer allow the women of Charlford House to learn gardening and yard maintenance skills. It also gives them the reward of growing their own food, contributing to delicious and healthy meals for the house.
Music Therapy allows the women to express themselves in both group and one-on-one music sessions and safely confront feelings they may not be able to express through words.
An Art Therapy program allows an outlet for self-expression through painting, drawing, and creativity to explore emotions that may be difficult to express through words.
